When mine arrived, the vendor hadn’t packaged it very well…the box was open inside the mailing package and the chain was in knots. Other than that, I’m very pleased with this necklace and I’m so thrilled my husband bought it for me. It hangs nicely around the neck and I find it to be a stunning piece of jewelry. My husband bought it for me and it’s gorgeous. Luckily, my husband was able to get the knots out.
